Our History

 

Midwestern Communications is a locally owned and operated business located just outside of Allenford. We also have a satelite office in Goderich allowing us to provide excellent and efficient service throughout Grey, Bruce, Huron and Perth counties.

 

The company has grown at a controlled pace in a very competitive market!  We have built a reputation for being highly reliable and a technically advanced company. Your business is not just another contract...it is our pride. We all know that in order to provide excellent quality and service, you need the right equipment for the job.

 

Midwestern Communications specializes in office equipment solutions to suit any business needs. 

We are proud to have been an authorized dealer for Konica Minolta for the past 18 years and value that partnership.  We also carry Samsung and Panasonic products. We have chosen these specific manufacturer due to their exceptional quality products and their reputation for being industry leaders, which gives us the capability to sell and service technically advanced products at competitive pricing. 

 

Our service department consists of 3 factory trained technicians with fully stocked vehicles to eliminate wasted travel time. Each technician is also equipped with a cell phone and laptop for any troubleshooting that may be necessary while on site.  When you place a service call with your technician, your message is delivered right to their blackberry to cut down on lost time if he happens to be just around the corner. Our customer service team is fully computerized using the latest tracking software that identifies any issues or problems in the field.  This software allows for us to dispatch calls in a fast and efficient manner. 

 

Midwestern Communications tracks all copier volumes and implements a preventative maintenance program that is proactive allowing the technician to perform service before the copier is inoperable due to worn parts or consumables failure. 

 

We understand the importance of keeping the copiers running at their optimal performance with minimal down time.  Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.  We offer an after hours program that is no extra charge as long as we are given 48 hours notice to have a technician available should any problem arise during a large project.
